Private Networks

Our Private Network Services  (or IP-VPN) enable your dispersed enterprise to securely connect multiple business sites to a single, secure, high performance, Virtual Private Network across vast distances.

Using Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), we obfuscate the AINS core network layer to provide enterprises with their own secured, Virtual Private Network. As MPLS switches packets rather than routing them, our Private Network Services are capable of differentiating traffic and enable traffic to be prioritised and capacity managed to provide guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS).

Your dispersed business locations can be connected to the MPLS core using a variety of connectivity mediums such as:

  • Fibre
  • Midband Ethernet
  • ADSL/ADSL2+
  • NBN Fibre
  • Fixed Wireless

Your employees can seamlessly and securely authenticate, communicate, transfer files, make IP Phone calls and print documents as if they were all in the same building.

Through strategic agreements with multiple carriers and network providers, our network coverage is massive and we provide enterprises with seamless and secure network services, anywhere in the country and around the globe.

We have extensive experience and expertise in Networking. By leveraging our Professional Services, our experts can design a Private Network that is optimised for any enterprise, resilient, future proof and provides value-for-money. To ensure the seamless deployment and transition of the Private Network, services are delivered in  accordance with Project Management best practice methodologies.

When combined with our Security Services and Remote VPN Services, your enterprise Private Network can be securely and rapidly extended to remote workers and teleworkers to provide even greater organisational flexibility, improve productivity and enhance your competitiveness.

Connectivity Mediums

AINS Fibre Ethernet is a premium connectivity medium for business internet and network data transmission.

It conveniently presents the fibre as Ethernet for easy connection to the customer network and offers dedicated bandwidth for your networking needs. As Fibre Ethernet is inherently more robust than copper based technology, it’s well suited for mission critical applications and data connectivity between major sites. It is the connectivity medium of choice for medium to large business.

Fibre Ethernet allows you to deploy high speed networks from 10Mbps through to 10Gbps of guaranteed, symmetric IP throughput. In addition, as it’s fibre optic technology from end to end, Fibre Ethernet will future proof your network and minimise capital expenditure.

With the extensive fibre capacity available today, Fibre Ethernet is the most cost effective access medium for connecting large offices, head offices and data aggregation sites with high bandwidth requirements.

Currently, our Fibre Ethernet is available in all capital city CBD areas, with reach extending to many metropolitan and regional business centres.

Features and Benefits

  • Scalability to 10Gbps means the technology to future proof your investment
  • Robust design means higher uptime and reliability for your business
  • Industry leading SLA gives you peace of mind
  • Ethernet presentation means easy integration into your existing networking equipment

AINS Midband Ethernet, also known as Business Ethernet, is a premium broadband connectivity medium designed to meet the demands of increasingly bandwidth hungry applications in corporate networks.

Existing and new applications, including media and unified communications, place greater importance on highly available and responsive networks. However, prudent businesses realise these needs must be balanced against the cost of technical solutions.

Our Midband Ethernet service provides highly reliable access to the Internet and Private Network. If your business has multiple sites then our Midband Ethernet service is a cost effective way to securely build your private network (WAN).

Midband Ethernet offers symmetrical speeds from 4Mbps through to 80Mbps and is well suited for mid-sized business offices through to Head Offices. Our Managed Router services, 24 x 7 Network Operations Centre and optional proactive Monitoring Service assures your Midband Ethernet service is truly Business Grade.

Features and Benefits

  • Higher speeds than SHDSL makes it an affordable alternative to fibre
  • Scalable from 4Mbps to 80Mbps makes it ideal for growing businesses
  • Robust design means higher uptime and reliability for your business
  • Industry leading SLA of 99.95% uptime gives you peace of mind
  • Ethernet presentation means easy integration into your existing networking equipment

AINS’s Business Grade ADSL is an affordable, high speed, broadband service. It is a robust, reliable service utilising existing copper telephone wire infrastructure which is readily available in almost any location.

Our Business Grade ADSL services are different to the residential consumer ADSL services. Our Business Grade ADSL is not over-subscribed, hence offering low latency, high speed and improved reliability. And as it has been designed specifically for business use, it’s backed by a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA), supported by highly qualified network engineers.

Circuit speeds range from 8Mbps/384Kbps through to 24Mbps/1Mbps.

In addition our Managed Router and optional AINS Monitoring Service ensures that “Corporate Grade” refers not only to the circuit itself, but also as to how we manage and monitor your services to ensure the highest uptime for your business.

Features and Benefits

  • Unlimited data usage
  • No over subscription means you’ll always get maximum speed from your circuit
  • Robust design means higher uptime and reliability for your business
  • Industry leading SLA of 99.95% uptime gives you peace of mind
  • Ethernet presentation means easy integration into your existing networking equipment

AINS’s NBN Fibre offers affordable, high speed connectivity fibre on the National Broadband Network.

Current NBN speeds available range from 12Mbps/1Mbps through to 100Mbps/40Mbps.

With the NBN rollout in its infancy, NBN fibre is not widely available. However, it is the Australian Government’s goal to make NBN fibre available to 97% of the population over the next 10 years.

In addition our Managed Router and optional AINS Monitoring Service ensures that “Corporate Grade” refers not only to the circuit itself, but also to how we manage and monitor your services to ensure the highest uptime for your business.

Features and Benefits

  • Speed options from 12Mbps/1Mbps through to 100Mbps/40Mbps
  • No over subscription means you’ll always get maximum speed from your circuit
  • Robust design in our core network provides higher uptime and reliability for your business
  • Industry leading SLA of 99.95% uptime gives you peace of mind
  • Ethernet presentation means easy integration into your existing networking equipment

For enterprises with headquarters or branch offices in remote locations where no other suitable connectivity mediums exist, Fixed Wireless service using microwave technology may be the last resort.

Fixed Wireless technology provides high-speed, symmetrical connectivity between two points within a clear line of sight.

Environmental factors may result in service degradation from time to time. As such, Fixed Wireless is a last resort connectivity technology utilised for Private Network or Internet services, when no other connectivity mediums are available. It is not recommended for real-time, mission critical applications such as voip.

Features and Benefits

  • High speed symmetrical throughput
  • Cost effective compared to fibre
  • Rapid deployment
  • Ethernet presentation for easy integration into existing network equipment
  • Suitable for backup connection

Benefits

  • Network architecture validated by experienced Cisco Certified Design Professional to ensure strategic requirements are met.
